Advanced Directives

This document outlines how you want medical decisions to be made when you cannot speak for yourself, ensuring family, friends, and health care professionals are informed and can carry out these decisions for you.  We will work together to review and complete your Advanced Directives and Durable Power of Attorney.

Practical Support/Logistics

As a seasoned project manager, I am available to assist with navigating specific day to day, logistic and administrative tasks such as completing DNR orders, healthcare power of attorney,  hospice research and funeral planning cost comparison.

End of Life Plan

Choosing how you want your environment to look and feel during your end of life journey as well as the services after death (home funerals, Celebration of Life events, green burials, direct cremation, scattering of ashes and full body donation.) are in your control.  We will create a plan outlining your choices to then share with your loved ones. 

Death Cleaning/Organization

Providing assistance with purging living spaces, itemizing and distributing personal effects to be given to loved ones and organizing donations during the End of Life process or after death.

Bedside Companion & Respite Caregiving

I am available for bedside comfort, both physical and emotional, during active dying and/or temporary relief to caregiver(s) while they are providing continuous support and care to loved ones. 

Legacy Projects

These are projects or activities to honor the life you have lived.  We can colaborate on your project to share the things loved physically with those around you prior to passing or after death.  Projects I have assisted with in the past include a Podcast chronicling a cancer journey and transcribing letters to be given to family. These projects can also be done in honor of your loved one.
